Kevin Gregg shelled
You almost have to try to pitch that badly in a two game span. Inning and a third. 6 hits and 3 HRs. You wonder if the Marlins had inside info on him. Tipping pitches or something.

Tipping pitches or something. Or maybe they knew what he was going to throw in certain counts and/or certain situations.
The Marlins roster this year is pretty much the same as it was last year, so it shouldn't be that surprising that they were successful against him.

Pitchers switch teams all the time, but typically don't have that much success against their former teammate. He had been pitching fairly well.

 Originally Posted by mwitt The two home runs on Sunday weren't bad pitches. I take this back. The 3-1 pitch to Uggla was awful. The next pitch to Ross wasn't bad, though. He missed his spot by a wide margin, but it had movement and it was in.
