Adam Pacman Jones to play in CFL?

Pacman close to deal to play for Winnipeg Blue Bombers - NFL - CBSSports.com Football

Pot is decriminalized. That means possession is ok, but you're in trouble if you're dealing.

My cousin (who is from Winnipeg) has prepared a list of his favorite Winnipeg Strip Clubs for the PacMan.

Its completely decriminalized? In places like California and Colorado you can have it but just get a ticket. Like you would for speeding. Unless of course like you said are dealing.

If it's under a gram, you're fine. Basically, you can carry enough weed to get 5-6 people stoned. Personal use is ok, selling isn't.
