My Cubs were out a month ago, so my baseball watching desire is about done for the year. Is anyone else calling it a season and moving onto better things?
As much as I hate to say it, my picks are Cards vs. Yanks. What's yours?
Phillies/Angels is my guess. If the Twins pull it out and go instead of Detroit, Yankees/Phillies. Yankees won't be able to beat both the Tigers and Angels so hopefully Boston would knock the Angels out if the Yankees got by the Tigers.
I'll probably watch regardless just because it's something other than doing homework.
Probably depends on who it is, what night, what's up against it on tv or other activities.
World Series has never been "must see" tv for me like the Superbowl.
But it's one of those events that I'll have a tv on and kinda have it in the background if I'm doing something else - not really paying complete attention.
Of course I'll watch at least a couple games regardless who makes it.. my teams are long since out of the race. Probably won't make a point of watching each and every game but if I am in front of the TV it will be on.
If the Twins are in it I will watch. Maybe if the Angels are in it too, to watch Hunter. I might watch if the Phillies are in it because I like them as my National League team.......but even if they are in it not sure I could watch if the Yankees or Red Sox are there.
There are several teams I enjoy rooting against so that helps. I'll watch anyway as I love the game. In the meantime the Orioles have posted their 12th losing season in a row...

It's the curse of Brady Anderson and his possible PED'd biceps.
