You are right. The sex rehab is just a pr stunt for tigger....you know, he couldn't help it, or some nonsense. 'he's ok, he's geting help..'.....how awful for him.....

No. For people who have a true addiction, it should show up on something like a PET scan when exposed to photos of the sex to which they're attracted. Usually a combination of therapy and medication (quite often SSRI's) are used for treatment.

I happen to believe the doctors who say that there is a real medical condition in addiction, including sex addiction. You can be juvenile and joke about it all you want, and there is a good chance this is a PR move by Tiger, but it is a real condition.

Yep, for some very rare individuals it is a real condition.... for Tiger? Its just PR.

By the way, pointing out reality is not being juvenile. Its being realistic.

And my original point was that you have no possible way of knowing this. I agree that it's likely just PR, but you have to basis to state it as a fact.

This is correct. I read an article a few weeks back about some British woman who had some chemical deficiency that made her horny all the time and it's basically ruined her life.

THere is a difference between that and liking to hook up with hot chicks, period. Why is that so difficult to understand?
