    Tour Pro's Call Out Mickelson for Cheating

    No not the Tiger type cheat, but cheating the rules of golf.

    Tour players accuse Phil Mickelson of 'cheating' with old clubs - Devil Ball Golf - Golf Blog - Yahoo! Sports

    My opinion, much to do about nothing. There isn't anything preventing these players from using the same clubs.

    Exactly. Rules are rules and if they allow clubs from before 1990 then it's legal. Nuff said, end of discussion. If the other golfers wanna complain they can go on ebay and buy their own set of 1990 vintage Ping clubs.

    I agree. He is not cheating. All other Tour players can do the exact same thing he is doing. The rules of golf allow what he is doing and that is all that matters.

    I honestly don't see a problem with what he is doing, and I am a stickler for the rules.

    The PGA is the one to blame on this, not Mickelson. They made the rules with too much "Gray" area. And with how competitive the game is, they (PGA) have to expect players will take advantage of any opportunity for a competitive edge that they can.

    I'm surprised at the reaction of a few of the other players, pretty harsh!

    If it is not against the rules, than how can it be cheating? Anyway, I thought he was sponsored by Callaway. I would think they would have the biggest problem with it.
