The one year Jay Williams played for the Bulls, he was pretty good. He was just stupid.

Pretty much everyone that played while Floyd was the coach should make up the list. D-league teams could beat those Bulls teams.

Hardly good stats for a guy taken #2 overall. Overall that draft was not that great: NBA.com: NBA Draft Board Lot of guys that turned out to be busts or aren't even in the NBA anymore. Best player in that draft was Amare at #9 and biggest steal was Carlos Boozer in the 2nd round at #35 overall.

First year point guards rarely do a lot better than that especially when they're on a terrible team like the Bulls were that year. Williams would have been a decent second or third scoring option for the Bulls in the following years.
Why do people still insist on calling Fizer a bust? He was the fourth overall draft pick in the worst draft ever. Had he have been healthy for his whole career he would have been a nice bench player for almost any team in the league.
