How would it be good for the Nets?

Nets lose their PG. Bad.
Nets gain a PF who has great potential (2nd leading scorer on Heat behind Wade).
Nets gain expiring contracts which means they can keep these players (some/most would be better than what they currently have) OR the more expected route of using these as $$ and getting better players to fill in at the pg position or any other they want. They have fixed 2 problems by giving away one person.

Both teams gain from this trade, that's why they are still talking.

they won't. It'll be lebron and rose and nobody else worth naming (don't even start to claim joakim noah is worth naming) or Lebron and nobody in NY or Lebron and nobody in NJ. Please enlighten me on why I should be scared. His team with Cleveland > his possible future teams in Chi, NY, NJ. And his team in cleveland isn't scaring anybody anymore.

I agree. Cleveland was a scary team and other teams don't scare me unless he does a sign and trade to go to Utah or ends up in Miami. Rose isn't scary because he can't shoot or play defense.
