Re: Coolest World Cup Unis
I would also add that the Dutch and the Italians have something going with their "colors that dont match their flag" motif.
I ask clone fans out there: what color other than black and silver looks good with the US color scheme? I dont think we can introduce a different color, and I think the italians dont really count because blue is so awesome, but the bright orange of the dutch in Olympics (speed skating) and the WC look distinguished and unlike their flag.

For crappiest: the swiss.
they get the Denver Broncos award for silly forward shirt and pant stripes. If they had an N on the side, the award would change, of course... Sports journalism is people who can't write interviewing people who can't talk for people who can't read. -

I really like the Dutch, the United States, and the navy blue French kits.. Plus Ghana's kit.

The royal blue pinstripe shirt was worn during Copa America 2007, a disgrace hopefully no one remembers.
Personally, I'd be fine if the US would stick with the 08/09 white shirt, maybe over navy shorts instead of white. I really like the thin red stripes and how the white alternates with really light gray.
And as a second/away shirt, the current blue with the white sash on white shorts.

I dont like the gold, but at least it was a "good idea, that"...
what can I say, during international competition, I get a little buzzed about something other than regional sports. Go Cyclones!

The 08/09 with the white shorts was an amazing kit IMO. I wish I would have bought one of those jerseys while I still could.
