Their TV set up isn't that great. Yeah you get good beer, but it's not like they have TVs on every wall. Also, I hope to God that no rational USA fan watched our match against England at Royal Mile.

1. Slovenia advances (and wins Group C).

2. USA advances if England scores fewer than 2 goals more than USA does tomorrow (i.e, USA 0-0 Algeria; England 1-1 Slovenia)

3. England advances if they score 3 goals or more than USA does tomorrow (i.e., USA 0-0 Algeria; England 3-3 Slovenia)

4. England and USA draw lots to determine who advances if England scores 2 goals more than USA tomorrow (i.e., USA 0-0 Algeria; England 2-2 Slovenia)
