If LeBron wants to win, he'll go to Miami.

but do they have the money?

And Lebron will forever have to hear that he needed Dwayne Wade to help him win a championship. This isn't a Jordan/Pippen argument. Wade is a superstar in his own right. The brand that he wants so bad to create would be tarnished.

"He'll never win a championship without Shaq." The two rings he won in the past two seasons state otherwise.
As far as LeBron's legacy goes, which is better for it - having 3 or 4 titles that he was "only able to win because he had Wade on his team", or having 0 titles because he refused help from one of the best players in the league. IMO, best to secure a few titles now and worry about proving you can win them as "the man" later in your career. It's not as if he doesn't have a decade or so left. And it's not as if this setup will be for the rest of LeBron's and D-Wade's career - Miami's not big enough to hold those egos together for that long. But it is big enough to hold them long enough for them to bring a few championships to South Beach...

Could the nearest person to cyclonebballman please restrain him? I fear he might pass out and bump his head in his state of ecstasy.

Isn't there no income tax in Florida? If so, that has to be a factor.

So Lebron now pulls an HB and goes Miami?
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style. -

Don't forget the I told you sos he will try to shove in our faces even when we all agreed Wade was likely going to stay and pull one big name free agent with him.
But seeing as how all stats guys agree that they can't get a third max guy under the cap, everyone else has been proven correct.

Re: Chris Bosh to Miami; D-Wade resigns
Bad news for Bulls fans. I'm already assuming the worst which is LBJ stays with the Cavs meaning the Bulls are going to wind up with either Boozer or Lee and some guys like Mike Miller, Redick, or Korver. Wouldn't mind a short term deal for Ray Allen but sounds like he is staying in Boston. Another swing and miss once again for the Bulls in free agency. Hawks overpaid for Joe Johnson else he would have been a nice backup plan. Baffles me how with Rose, Noah, Deng, and Gibson there how anyone serious about winning wouldn't go there as they had the most to offer for talent on the roster right now.
Of Boozer and Lee I'd rather have Lee if I was the Bulls. He's younger and not injury prone like Boozer. Problem is to get either they may have to offer a max contract and I don't think either are worth a max contract.

Does Noah provide enough D to offset the fact that Lee is completely worthless on defense?

Stat wise there wasn't a huge difference between him and Boozer last year. Again, I would not be unhappy with either and you may be onto something with Boozer's defense since the new Bulls coach is going to be preaching that.

3.6 apg True, but in stats not measured Lee was atrocious. He guards big men like Muggsy Bogues would. I think Noah and maybe another good defensive player would solve that issue, but we'll see.

Lee isn't great at defense but he is a solid rebounder, and playing for Thibodeau as opposed to Dantoni will help him improve his defense. They also would work well together on the offensive end.
