Re: Death of the NBA... LeBron to Miami

Re: Death of the NBA... LeBron to Miami
The Heat have offered Mike Miller a five-year deal, worth approximately $27 million-$30 million.
Miami has given Miller a deadline of Thursday night to decide.
Miller has been told by the Heat that they are 'confident' LeBron James will be joining the Heat. Via Jeff Goodman/FoxSports -

Re: Death of the NBA... LeBron to Miami
I would guess that the Heat have a deal in place to trade Beasley if LeBron decides to go to Miami

The Atlanta Hawks tried this in the 80's with Dominique, Reggie Theus and Moses Malone. Best team on paper the problem was not enough basketballs to go around and chemistry sucked. There can only be one face of a team.

They only played together one year in the late 80's when Malone was near the end of his career and Reggie Theus never even averaged 20 ppg, he was a pretty average guard. Are you related to Reggie Theus somehow, because he is probably thrilled by your comparison?

Dominique, Theus, and Malone =/= Lebron, Wade, Bosh.
If this happens, nobody will beat the Heat.

Only because some have stated that MJ was too classy to do what LeBron has done.
Who, in your opinion, is the "gold standard" of NBA players?

I cheer for two teams, Iowa State and whoever is playing the hawkeyes. -
