Your twisting his words, it's almost like you're wanting a confrontation.
Point is, he is making a lot of assumptions. Could care less about starting a confrontation. I have better things to do then argue about pro athletes and their guns, I'm guessing both of you do as well.

And this article doesn't state it, but other reports have said the theives made off with at least one, maybe more guns... So now the bad guys have even more guns...

You're sure not acting like you do... that's about all you've done.

Let's make it clear so you don't get confused.
    - I DO NOT THINK ATHLETES SHOULD IGNORE GUN LAWS.
    - I DO THINK ATHLETES AND ALL PEOPLE SHOULD TAKE GUN SAFETY IF THEY CHOSE TO OWN A GUN.
    - I DO THINK THAT ATHLETES ARE TARGETS FOR BREAK INS/BEING ROBBED AND IT IS UNFORTUNATE.
    - I DO THINKT HAT ATHLETES FEEL THE NEED TO RUN OUT AND BUY A GUN WITHOUT THINKING DUE TO THE TARGET THEY FEEL ON THEIR BACK.

No Stephen has demonstrated that he owns a gun so he can hop on top of a car and fire some shots into the air for no reason when he leaves a strip club. These guys carry guns to look/feel like they're gansters. If you have that much money and are feeling that threatened hire a bodyguard. I think we need more Plaxico situations with some of these idiots.
The only bigger turnoff than finding out a woman smokes, is finding out she's a Husker fan.
