Alright Cyclones - I am stoked about this race.... Its like tailgating practice for me. I am coming up from KC for this one... and the weather is going to be great. And what an amazing facility.
Anyone else going?
Who do you think finishes the highest?
The only thing I hate is sitting on the parking lot in a line of cars waiting to leave. Meanwhile million dollar private jets are flying overhead.
How cool would it be to jump out of your race car, and ride a golf cart to your private jet.
I agree with the traffic, but its much better than year 1. The worst to me is getting back toward DM you have to turn left and take 4 miles of backroads to get back to I-80.
Texas is the worst. Not uncommon to be in line for 2-3 hours to get out of there.
So do the jets take off from the racetrack; or how do they get to the airport so fast? Maybe they watch the end of the race from the concourse with one foot out the door, like the half-fans at Hilton?Quote:
