    Fan charged with assault with vomit

    At first I wasn't buying it. After reading the article - he got what' coming to him. What a tool!

    N.J. man gets jail for vomit-assault at game - Baseball- nbcsports.msnbc.com

    WTF is wrong with people? Why are there so many who believe going to a sporting event gives them a license to act like a jack-***?

    Love the Assault charge, but I especially love where he was ordered to do his community service.

    His parents, acquaintances and grandfather - who took a 27-hour train ride from Florida to attend the sentencing - testified that he was a good person who volunteers in his community and made one uncharacteristically bad mistake.
    All evidence is to the contrary.
