Anatomy of a Murder is used in some law schools because of how well it covers a case from start to finish.

The very first scene is in the courtroom. :-). I think it is included because the entire movie is based on courtroom proceedings, but just not in the actual room.

It has courtroom scenes. To Kill a Mockingbird and Kramer vs. Kramer are on the list, but they are more than just about the story of the trial too.

Liar Liar and My Cousin Vinny were both good movies and have courtroom scenes. They aren't dramas, but I enjoyed them.
