For the first time since I have been a part of this program,(mid 1980's) I think its time to say we have turned that corner,talent wise, on becoming the program we want it to be....

I know a few coaches from both Nevada and Arkansas that have given him high praise for his ability to work one-on one with Olinemen on fundamentals.
I think we've missed that aspect in the past.
