Long term, yes, but it is likely to be a blow to (at least) the Class of 2014, which would be felt for several years.
-
Do we really need to go over that list?
-
Yeah, and Drake really raided ISU MBB in hiring Rutter.
Given we lost both Otz and Rutter we are going to want a guy with experience scouting and sitting on the bench. Sadler replacing Rutter...
-
Are those numbers incorporating possessions per game?
I know he can slow the game down, but defensive mastermind? I need to be convinced.
-
Which of course does not really sell the hire...How are Sadler's connections? Although it is likely he will not be around long enough for that to matter.
With Otz leaving, we lose both a...

Do you have a link to a post "I think player X sucks because he never plays so I want him to transfer".That may be how you feel about Okoro, but a vast majority of the comments are based on reports...

Just because it has not been normal for ISU the past half-decade, does not mean it is fine. Of the programs that most think of as being successful (frequent trips to the NCAA), two years is not the...

Oh yeah, I bet you also object all those 2013-14 lineup threads speculating that Georges and Ejim will be back. Until it is confirmed by Fred publicly, it is not factual.
It is a fact that Bubu...

Is it known for a fact that Bubu will not be on scholarship next year? I submit that we do not know this for a fact, and that it is just as likely another player like Okoro will not be on scholarship...

Okoro has likely already decided and I am confident the program will benefit from it.
-
Great to hear we are the leader.
-
Insignificantly better, but yes
-
Yep, very exemplary of why Vaughn going to Brewster is not good for ISU's chances.
-
Not better than most. We have no better connection to Brewster than dozens of schools. In fact, we have had little luck in getting Brewster's better players. Vaughn does not know Ejim or Tharpe....

I am pulling for Marquette to land Bond and McCellan to eat up some of there scholarships (too bad we could not be an option for those two). Also, wouldn't Gray be able to transfer to a Big 12 school...
-
We have Custer and 2 ships left to give out. IMO there is a decent chance two players currently scheduled to be here in 2014-15 leave. If you count Nader, you would only need 1 transfer for 5 new...
-
How many recruits go places where expectations are not high? You know your program is in trouble then, like how I felt near the end of the McD days.
-
I'd rather get both to go along with a post or two. I am guessing we end up bringing in a class of 5 for 2014.
-
There is almost a year and a half before the class of 2014 would hit the court. That is a lot of prime development time for a 16 or 17 year-old. A solidly built, athletic 6'5" guard that defends and...
