    I watch a lot of William Penn (NAIA D1) basketball since I'm in Oskaloosa and it's my Alma Mater. I'm 95% sure William Penn has better athletes at almost every position than Iowa. That shouldn't happen to a D1 team.

I'm either looking to rent or buy...Preferably not in the middle of the city, but either in one of the small towns around Des Moines or in the country somewhere close.
