Tough day for EIU hoops hopes

It's all one bucket. It called Revenue. There's nothing on top.

Tough day for EIU hoops hopes

Yes, they do. It's disguised as ticket prices, parking fees, concessions, seat licenses, suite sales, etc.

I would worry first about what you can make, not what the fees are.

    JTS Improvements - Want More

I agree, but proceed with caution. Get commitments up front, minimum of 5 years, and keep upgrading.

J'Vonne Hadley (Curtis Jones' cousin) to have zoom meetings with Iowa State & MSU this week

Becoming an employee is another set of issues. People are reviewing it, but is a couple of years off, even if the topic moves quickly. You have insurance, unions, workers' comp claims, IPERS, LTD disability, and other big items to figure out. Currently, they are not employees of any NIL. They...

    We Will Collective contributor numbers

I was the person that talked about the NIL for the University of Texas offensive lineman. They are not a charity and they went public with all their data and information as part of their strategy. How they are doing it really has nothing to do with how WeWill is trying to do it. Stop conflating...

    We Will Collective contributor numbers

They will have to. It is called form 990. It gives totals, but it does not give details. However, it will give the salaries of the top employees. As I understand it, Brent Blum receives nothing from WeWill. His salary is paid privately by other people. 99% of our proceeds of WeWill goes to the...

    We Will Collective contributor numbers

Great question. Our NIL is a true charity. The recipients of money have to do something charitable to maintain our charitable status. A lot of Nils are not charities; hence the donations to them are not tax deductible and the recipients don't have to do charity work. The IRS loves these...

    We Will Collective contributor numbers

U are talking about united way, etc. Nils are not giving grants to people; they are giving cash to people for charitable work and reporting these payments to the government as 1099 payments. The recipients have to pay all state and federal taxes on these funds received.

    We Will Collective contributor numbers

Charities have to list the top salaries. These NIL's will not list their "donees."

    We Will Collective contributor numbers

Cool website. Thanks for sharing. That is great news if these numbers reflect a run rate. I would have to see if there were any one-time larger donations in that $29 million. Also, the 5 year old numbers that I have seen show we were last in the number of donors and near last in dollars...

    Campustown Redevelopment

There are lots of pages here and I apologize if this has been brought up. Talk to three or four of the local real estate developers and the Ames city council and related approval authorities are incredibly difficult to deal with. The expectations and requirements of new developments drive up...

    I'm going to the Masters

One more thought. Spend an hour at Amen Corner. Stand and watch 12 tee shots. Walk to mid fairway on 13. Can watch approach shots, sometimes going for it in 2, on 13. Beautiful area around 13 green complex.
