    3rd offense, and there was a fatality... IMO, one offense is bad enough. If you have a second its clear you aren't fit to drive and need some significant time "away." There should not be 3rd offenses IMO. (I know he didn't have a license, but that doesn't obviously stop people from driving)...

    True. Xenon won't run as hot as halogen... LEDs have long since conquered the blue light issue... Choose the correct color temperature and you're good as long as you buy from a reputable source. Get snarky if you want, cuz you know, you're good at message boards and you've purchased...
