    We had our first grosbeak, too. Rose-breasted. Hummer came back and also, first time seeing one for me - red fox ran across backyards that adjoin ours. I know that’s not a bird but it was exciting. Wish they’d come around more often and take out these rabbits. Ugh.

    Wordle in 2! Started with a word I just heard on NBC’s The Wall program, which I think is totally rigged and haven’t watched even one entire episode. Ran out of things to do this Saturday night, I guess.

    Cyclone Liquors is hosting one - it’s a fundraiser for the leukemia and lymphoma society, I believe. Organized by one of the Cellar 626 bartenders who also used to work at WTP. She was going to have a fundraiser there, too, scheduled 5 days after it abruptly closed. But that’s another matter.
