Property taxes in the metro are outrageous and unless you like to drink there is absolutely nothing to do. At least MSP, KC, and Chicago are easy drives. The one thing DM does have is pretty good paying jobs relative to the cost of living.
I would still put Indiana in there I think. Louisville is probably right on the cusp too, but your list is spot on. Duke's run started in the 80s so I think UCONN has every right to be in that club.
They've produced championship teams for 4 decades. They've been the premier program in a once great and now good conference for 4 decades also. The list of great players from there is as good as anyone. At some point you have to add them to the list. And to do it with 3 coaches.
