    In-state rivals

    Is it possible to make in-state rivals pop on my front page? If so, how?

    It isn't possible to make it appear on the main "forum" page (at the request of many users, it was taken down), but I'd recommend using the New Posts button on the Forum Menu bar instead of your front page. It will show you the most recent posts from ALL forums, including In-State Rivals.
