I need some CF Extras help - please

I go to CF Extras, get to the list of videos, select a video, get the screen with the Q on it, and it pops up that I need a download to run the video.

I go to the download site and there is a long list of downloads for me to choose from with no flipping idea which one to choose and whether I have to pay for the programming.

Anyone else been thru this and know which one is best, or do I have another problem I do not understand.

Be patient, I am an old fart that has difficulty with the new world!!

There should be a buttom that says dowload free player. There are some option to check if you want I-tunes with it and all the emails for updates and what not that you may want to scan over before clicking the button.
