desktop version on my phone freezes

There was a similar thread already but was closed. I use Dolphin browser app and frequently just keeps loading and loading, then freezes. Can't back out or do anything, even open a different site. dolphin support thinks it's cf. I don't use the app, or the mobile version, i use the desktop version. I have to close all pages and clear cache to get it to work

Is Dolphin trying to use Flash or any plugins? I haven't used the later versions of Dolphin - do they have site specific settings where you can disable plugins?

I'm reading and replying on the latest version of Dolphin Browser for Android. I've been using it since the update and haven't had any problems.
