Any particular thing that seems to cause it for you? I seem to run into freezing issues when using the back arrow on my browser. I'm running Chrome.

It was freezing on me all the time when I tried to post something. Switched from IE to Chrome, and now no problems.

I can discern no pattern. Changing browsers is a possibility on my home computer, but I am stuck with IE9 on the work machine.

I am aware of the ad. I've sent emails to the provider. Nothing I can do. They have to get in and shut the audio off.

Thank you, my laptop is on mute right now for this exact reason. I blame IE9. Firefox works fine on the desktop.

I run into freezing a lot also. It seems to happen when I hit a button to post or send a message, click on a thread, try to move to the next page, or hit the back button to return to the list of threads. Basically anytime I click.

Mine freezes on IE and Chrome.

There are so many ads loading (3 with videos) that everytime I go to a new page it takes forever to load. It's like I am using dial up again.

work just upgraded to the newest IE and it's been very fussy

i can't say how much I hate IE
