Daily links piece...yay or nay?

I did this in the past but kind of got away from it over the years. Looking for a little feedback...

Would you use something like a daily links column (Iowa State, Big 12, NCAA, etc.) or would it be a waste of my time. I'm thinking about bringing it back. Let me know. Thanks!

I suspect most of us are finding that type of information on our own. Having it served up for us wouldn't be a bad thing but, in my opinion, there are probably better uses of your time.

I think the majority of people read Monday Musings and the mailbag, but I'm not sure everyone would utilize this feature. I would occasionally, but would be fine if it didn't happen.

I often found it useful in the past - it certainly is better than a random thread every few hours when someone links something. I would still use it but don't kill yourself trying to do it if you see a better use for your time.

I sure do miss that Google troll.

One of the guys in my office sends out a daily "clips of interest" email...he told me that he set up a Google account with various alerts and just dumps the resulting articles into an email, but tells his boss that he spends several hours each morning searching for all of the articles. Sad thing is that I work with enough technology-illiterate people that few people realize he's ************ us all.
