Now and then I receive a reputation notification. I have no idea what it is about and how to give it to someone else. I thought I might ask because I am too lazy to spend hours trying to figure it out for myself since I have already spent minutes, maybe even 10s of minutes. Thankyou.
see that little star in the lower left. click on it. and thats how you give reputation!
edit: the lower left of each post to be more specific
