Could someone please spell this out for me? I assume this is based on favorable posts for ISU, or is it for accurate posts? Is there a grading system that is used? Or is this statistically derived? Is there a penalty for stupid questions (like this one)?  | | |

Pretty much what dormeezy said. Everyone views it differently. I try not to go - on someone unless it's really out of line or crazy.
The concept of rep is awesome and it was really good for a while. I don't think the feature is bad now, but I do think it's become rather watered down.
