"Go to first new unread post button" - sweet!

Thanks Jeremy for putting this in place!

For those of ya not sure what I'm taking about, it's the down arrow that is now showing up ahead of the thread title. Click it and it will take you to the first unread post since your last viewing of that thread.

The arrow pointing to the right next to the username of the last person to post in that thread will still take you to the last post.

Clarification...

The "View first unread" link on the actual thread has always been there.

I'm talking about the down arrow button appearing on the forum thread list views ahead of the thread titled.

You'll see it on the home page, etc. No need to click the thread title and then click the "View first unread" link now. Can just click the down arrow next to the thread title. :)

hasn't this been a feature for a couple of months now?

This has been around for at least a year. I use it every time.

It has been there a long time. :yes:

It's quite odd, because it just showed up for me today - and I've been waiting for it! lol

Asked Jeremy to look into that a while ago - oddly enough my PC here at work just finally got up to speed with it.

Well, at least I wasn't the only one that wasn't aware this was here. :)

I recall seeing the arrow I just never further investigated it's purpose...

Very cool feature. Now can Jeremy put another arrow by the arrow so I remember what it's for?
