Change profile picture?

For some reason, I can't figure out how to change my profile pic. It changes it on my user cp, but won't show up when I post.
Any help would be appreciated.

There are two pictures you can have to identify you - the avatar which shows in posts and your profile picture which only shows on your user info page. If you change your avatar, that will change what people see next to your posts.
