I pretty much never give out neg rep, but I noticed when I was repping some one else (positively) the neg rep thing disappeared. Any idea what happened to the neg rep function?

I removed it about a week or so ago as an experiment as there were some problems where people were leaving inappropriate remarks via neg rep. Since most members have expressed some level of "not liking" reputation, it was decided to use it only as a way to tell people good job rather than as a tool to put others down just for having a different opinion.
