    Is there a way to block someone's avatar?

    You can block all or none.

    To block all, go to usercp. Then edit options, then schroll to bottom area and uncheck avatars.

    But you could just look up the source of the pic and block that in your browser ad blocking software.

    you should be able to right click and choose block.

    Or you can ban viewing ALL avatars in your option settings under your user CP.

    Get Firefox. Use the Ad-block add-on that allows you to block specific images.
