Forget Password Question

So, I needed to use the Forgot Password feature. When I put in my email address, I was asked a general question: "What is the last name of the ISU Men's Basketball Coach?"

I tried every conceivable way to spell McDermott. Every time I was told it was incorrect. So, I'm not sure anyone can actually have their password emailed to them.

Also, the "Forgot Password" link doesn't show up in the sign in box. You have to do some searching.

I was able to find my password on my own.

I thought about that, but I figured it had been so long ago that it wasn't worth trying. I just needed to do some digging to find my password, which I did.
