Highlight Video Archive

Hey Jeremy!

I got to thinking today after watching a you tube video of Lane Danielson that someone posted- that it might be nice to have an video archive of great moments in Cyclone sports, similar to the image gallery. Maybe cyclones.com has this, but wouldn't it be great to begin a collection here on CF? rather than always having to use links to you tube or other websites? It would be great to just browse highlight clips when I'm bored and there aren't isn't major Cyclone news happening (ex: hawkeyes trying to hire a bball coach). What do you think?... maybe you're already working on this.

I think it could really pump up the fanatics here. All: feel free to comment.

Even if it's a page with all youtube embedded videos, it might help end the same threads that we see on a weekly basis (Orr and Vitale, etc).

Gary Farta? What has Gary done for Iowa recently? Scare off the Stevrino? What else? Spend $4M on 6 win Kirk. What else? Brought back Dan Gable to help teach Tom Brandy. Yeah, Gary is doing one bang up job. He goes after a coach he cannot get, he flies to get Dana who turns him down, he then finds a potential coach who is the bypass announcer who might help the Amana Colonies economy. Does this Gary man ever make a good decision?

i had said this b4 in another post, i think jeremy should see if he could do it, make a page where we can upload and embed stuff from other sites, but make it so it has to be approved and make it have to be iowa state related

but idk how much this would cost..

I like the idea of having a page that has links to all the great ISU videos.
But then again if we have the server capacity it would be sweet to have a the spin off idea that SeattleClone mentioned.

I could see ambulance chasers getting involved and sending nasty-grams about copyrights and such. Although I do love the idea.
