I'm currently working on getting some updated pages in place for the different team sports. I don't have much in place yet but I'll keep getting the design laid out and hopefully we can keep everything looking good and running smoothly.
One thing I wanted to get your opinion on is if you'd like to have the last x number of posts from each sports' forum on the top of that sports' page or would you rather it just be the static content for reference purposes?

A program isn't built on one player and it doesn't succeed because of one player, thus a program won't fail if it doesn't get that one player.
Static pages of rosters and schedules would be great for reference. Also what happened to your recruiting pages that had the ongoing lists of recruits and status? That was a great page!
