Here is another shot at making a design that most people like. Let me know how this rates to the current design and layout. Everything would be in the same position as it is now, it would just have a little more friendly design.

That is still in the works. I think this is my favorite design, I just need to work on some of the colors. I don't want to make it overly red or blue.

I did like the rounded boxes for each different item of the second design.
However I do like that you extend the side bars to the top of the page in design three instead of the current white space to the left and right of the CycloneFanatic Logo
