To CTAClone:
May the LORD bless you and keep you;
May His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
May the LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.

He packed a hell of a lot of living into 33 years. Just awful.

RIP CTA I hate to see the effects as well, but we are not finding a cure. There are a thousand types of cancer that occur for a thousand different reasons. This disease will be with us for a long time.
It sounds like he lived a great life for what he had, and that is something to say. I know plenty of people who lived 80+ years and probably didn't have half the experiences.

Funny, just the other day I was thinking to myself that I hadn't heard from "the filmmaker" (couldn't remember CTA's handle at the time) in quite awhile, thinking he must have moved onto bigger and better things with his life. Sucks to be absolutely wrong about that assessment, because that would have been a much better alternative to losing a battle with cancer.
Never met him personally, but CTA was one of the first people to welcome me to the site all the way back in the fall of 2006, and he was always a great conversationalist. He didn't always agree with your opinion, but he respected it as long as you stayed in line.
I'll miss him greatly.

Excessive intake of alcohol, we all know, kills brain cells, but naturally it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. That's why you always feel smarter after a few beers. -

When I first got on the site, I had a lot of conversations with CTA about a lot of different things, some just about life, some about basketball. He was a great guy, who did a lot of things in his 33 years. Rest in Peace, my friend.
