Lightbulb Site Moderation - Feedback & Brainstorming

I'd like to get "constructive" feedback on what the members would like to see as different rules or modifications for the site. Please use this only to discuss ways we can improve the way things are done so that nobody feels they're being singled out by moderators or so they don't feel they're walking on egg-shells. We want the site to be as enjoyable as possible and one way to help do that is by making sure we're all functioning in the same way and that we're all following the same rules and guidelines.

Please, post what you'd like to see as modified rules or what you'd like the moderators to do. DON'T post negative remarks towards or about members or moderators in this thread! If you have any such remarks, please send them to me in a PM instead.

As a reference, you can see the current site rules HERE.

Thanks!

A program isn't built on one player and it doesn't succeed because of one player, thus a program won't fail if it doesn't get that one player.

As probably one of the top moderated posters, I feel they are doing a good job. I have no issues at all.

Re: Site Moderation - Feedback & Brainstorming

I agree with Brian. The moderators seem to do a good job of stepping in to settle things down when necessary, and I don't feel like they've overstepped their bounds either.

"We have gone forth from our shores repeatedly over the last hundred years and we've done this as recently as the last year in Afghanistan and put wonderful young men and women at risk, many of whom have lost their lives, and we have asked for nothing except enough ground to bury them in, and otherwise we have returned home to seek our own, you know, to seek our own lives in peace, to live our own lives in peace." No issues here. Pretty much just don't be a dumba$$ and you won't get moderated. Not sure how that is so hard to comprehend for some...
