CF CySpy On Hiatus

Due to the continued growth of daily visitors, we have had to remove the CF CySpy feature, at least for the time being. I know a lot of people really enjoyed the feature but due to the server load that it creates, it was deemed necessary to remove it at this time.

I'll make sure to let you know if I'm able to get the feature back after some extensive coding changes.
