If you want to post the leading paragraph with a link to the source article, that is perfectly fine. However, anything more than that is not allowed.

Jeremy, just to make it clear, can you post a quote of an article as long as you include the link to the article? Is the key thing providing the link and not posting the whole article?

That is the key. A quote or paragraph or to is perfectly fine (please include a link) but the problem arises when more than that is posted, especially the majority of an article.
