As I have stated in the past, I am not that good about staying on track for my projects on the site. I get sidetracked and forget to keep things prioritized correctly.
I have setup a task management system that I and other team members can use to keep track of what needs to be done. The great thing about the way I have this setup is that everybody can see the status of said projects. Hopefully this is helpful to others but most importantly it's to keep me on track to finish a project before starting on another:)
