Looks like it's down to Nebraska and Iowa for Dan Hoch, arguably the state's number one recruit, with Iowa State a sleeper. It's been reported that Coach Chizik has made at least one trip to his home in Atlantic, Iowa, but nothing further. Hock is still listed as a committ to Nebraska, but a source in Iowa City told me they have high hopes he will go to Iowa. (I hope I'm wrong and he come here, but not likely)

I'm just saying most are quite delusional, but I had heard that he went on a visit to IC during the last game or so. That was a couple months ago now. So if nothing has changed yet, it probably wont.

Head north on I-35 in Des Moines instead of continuing east on I-80!!

yes it is, but we aren't really on his list of options. If I were him I would say screw NU and Iowa and go to a big name school.

I would guess Mizzou is where he'll end up, but would not fault him for that. Hopefully he makes the right choice for him and his family. There is a lot more to life than football for the vast majority of players. A small % of D1 athletes end up in the pro's, NFL or otherwise.

Women want them and men want to be them.
I couldnt think of anything else off the top of my head.

Maybe headed to Rutgers....thats ironic.....you get arrested for a felony, plead guilty, then get arrested again for theft and because you got talent, someone will take a chance on him.....
Thats a problem in athletics we need to resolve...
Had an idea in this discussion.....What if the NCAA had a rule that should any player be found guilty of a felony - that player automatically loses a year of eligibility....
Consider one of our basketball players has done nothing wrong in regards to civil liberties and society rules and gets ruled ineligible for 1 year. In this players case, he makes not one but two major mistakes against others and affects others and he's allowed to transfer and wash his hands of the incident. I wish the NCAA would explain how being on a team that an individual was paid whether it was known or not and then there's others that have pled guilty to much more severe infractions and they're allowed to transfer to another school and resume their career.....
Brutal!!!!!! Hope his career is horrible at rutgers and squanders all that talent on making stupid decisions, those will not go away as he makes more money - case in point.....Pacman Jones!!!!!!
