Todd Licklighter has a signature win half way through his first season. Holding the #6 team in the nation to 36pts is a heck of a feat given the cruddy talent on Iowa's team.
We are in year two of the McD era and still waiting for our signature win. Yes, we have had some bad breaks, but the Hawks have had just as many or more.
Not stirring the pot. Just an observation.

By the way, I lost 105k credits on this game so that doesn't help!

Yes we should fire Mcd. Its his fault the team makes bad passes, rushes things, and doesnt make their shots. Get real.

Todd Lickharder is the greatest coach in the world. If he can win with Seth Gorney and co, he deserves a medal.

Did I say fire McD? I do not believe so. Just asking when everyone thinks we will get a signature win.

I think whether you like it or not, threads like this tend to "stir the pot".

I'm not sure that Michigan State is worthy of the #6 ranking going into the game and now that Iowa has won, I've confirmed my thoughts. They play in the Little 11.

Good win for Iowa tonight. Lickliter's style of play from Butler is actually starting to rub off on the Hawks. It'll be interesting to see what he can do when he brings his own players in.

If you only score 43 in a game and win, is it really a win? Now I didnt see the game but if MSU would have played like the #6 team should they would have won by 43.

However ugly it was....it was still a win. I would take it in a second with our team right now.
Have to wait and see whether it was a fluke or not that Iowa won.

If a team wins at carver-squawkeye arena and no one sees it, is it still a win?

If we had Tony Freeman, we would be a lock for the Big Dance.
