It'll be interesting to see if they can continue their win streak, while being ranked. Some teams collapse under the pressure, with the number in front of their name.
The Creighton game will be a nice test!

Honestly I still think Creighton wins the league. But it's obvious Drake is going to the tourney this year and that is a huge accomplishment for them.

The fact that they're still winning against some pretty decent teams without Young proves this team is for real.

Drake is having a fantastic year, but without winning the MVC I doubt they make it to the NCAA. Unless they nearly run the table in the conf.
We are by far their best OOC win. By then we might be something like 15-15..

They better keep winning. They haven't beet anyone good outside of the MVC this year and the MVC appears to be a shadow of its former self.

They have played a decent non-conf schedule. Its not there fault ISU and Iowa are so bad. And them beating us so bad is actually looking pretty good now that we are winning. I think they go to the dance even if they finish 3rd.
All that being said.....I still hate the Valley.

Although the RPI accounts for SOS, there is no way it is that accurate. If St. Mary or Drake played in the Big 12 or ACC they would have several losses by the end of the year. In my opinion.
Its not their fault they havent beat anyone... just how it ended up being. Just like its not their fault the MVC is not very strong this year.

I think they'll end the MVC with at least 4 or 5 losses, the season gets to be a grind as the year goes on. If that is the case they'll be 22-6 and that will be plenty. Lunardi has them as a 4 seed in the latest Bracketology. They're going to the tourney unless they totally tank.

I don't think they get in at 22-6 unless they win the MVC tourney championship.
