I am wondering how the police knew to go to their apartment. Was their drug dealing going on or were they too loud?

Meanwhile, in Ames, I think there've been fewer problems. (knocking on wood).

I'm not sure if DMRAG can find anything bad on ISU or good on EIU anymore - they must be getting desperate!!!

Shhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Don't tell anybody, but I've been working undercover for the police in Iowa City for about a year now. This "ISU student/superfan" persona is merely a clever ploy to keep the Hawks off of me. Sure, they were suspicious at first when I wanted to hang around the football players all the time, but I bought them a handle of Grey Goose, and I was in...

Chizik would be canned if his program was as out of control as Iowa's.

I love it, I love it, I love it as one drunk piece of Hawk trash likes to say.

Question for the day: Can I still make season tickets work for FB and MBB if I move to Canada?

Not one single person knows that. Baseless speculation.

Something does need to happen, something clear, defined and swift.

But then again - whatever that action is (and I have no idea as to what that is) - should have taken place long ago. Iowa has done absolutely nothing to proactively handle this and they've barely taken any reactive measures. It's only making this worse.

This is insane. I can't believe how many arrests there have been.

Wayne Morgan was canned for a lot less embararrasment than Ferentz' program has brought to UofI.

Interesting how this comes on the heals of Barta praising Ferentz about how well he has shown he is the leader of EIU football and will lead them into the future and guaranteed he will have to be paid another $3 million if he is let go extending his contract for another year. That program is going into the tank.

I would think those players would have had the butt chewing from the staff so yelled into their brains that they would be on the verge of a heart attack if they are picked up for a seat belt violation but they are dealing drugs. Barta really knows how to judge his leaders that is for sure.

Now, Now. Kirk has proven himself in the past and I'm sure his staff isn't any happier about this than ours would be.

Sure they are having problems and the trends are not good, but let's not try to rewrite history.

I'm sure they've heard it, but they probably don't care. Actually they can't care, or they would stop getting arrested.

On the other hand this staff just welcomed a convicted thief (Bowman) back to their out of control program so it's not like any of their thugs are going to be scared straight.

Come on, dude. Every college student has had Oxycontin in their room at some point or another.

Besides, there could be dozens of other students at Iowa named Arvell Nelson and James Cleveland. I mean, Nelson is a really popular last name and all!

Cleveland consented to a search of his room, according to the complaint. Police founds 21 units of oxycodone and 24 does of carisoprodol in his desk.
That is some hardcore stuff. I mean there is some real trouble for the kid here.
