Again, the first part of this statement is quite possibly a false assumption. FreeRentz might not CARE what is going on, or doesn't see anything wrong with the behavior, himself, or sees it all as relatively minor, much less have someone on the "look-out" for it.

I can't even imagine what GC would do if something like this ever surfaced for one our guys. it would probably have something to do with someone stomping a mud hole...

Not to mention the pictures would be posted on every major media outlet in the state.
