From everything I've heard, I don't think Anthony decided to transfer. He was booted from the team and was forced to transfer. | |

I think he even got booted off before their latest drug problems surfaced. If I remember right he didn't live up to his end of the deal with KF after he was reinstated. He was kicked off of the team, and is now transferring. This wasn't in a press release, this was a question asked in KF's presser, and that was the answer he gave.

I believe some strong assurances on how problem football players will be handled from now on was given to the Regents. I have not talked to them recently, but it is obvious concessions have been made and from here on out (until everyone forgets) athletes at Iowa will be treated rather harshly.
