Re: Obnoxious Hawk Vehicle

i think keyin it is a lil much.. but printing out a few cyclone things and puttin them on his car would have been funny

Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative.

ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other."

Only a hawk fan would ever have a vehicle like that. Only they need everyone to know "I'm a Hawk fan and damn proud of it"...it makes beating them every year feel just that much better...

Is that near the Capitol area? I saw the same sort of car today around there, but I can't remember if it was an SUV or a Minivan... but it had Hawk logos EVERYWHERE.

Deep within the heart of Iowa, a storm is brewing...
... the winds of change ripple throughout the vast fields of corn surrounding the small college town of Ames.

The Gene Chizik era of football continues, and, with it, a renewed attitude of pride, determination, and success.

This is Cyclone Football.

That's even worse then the idiot driving a black pickup with EIU plates on it in the newer design that says "15NAROW". Living in the past obviously

I wonder if those were actually decals or painted on. Knowing the typical Iowa fan I'm guessing those are decals just in case they have another bad season, or basketball season comes around again.

I just had flashback from the early 1980s Hawkeye conversion vans. I think they were in the high $30,000 range, which considering you could score a Camaro/Datsun 280Z for $10,000 was pretty pricey for a cheaply assembled US made vehicle of the time.

The thing is, people living in $10,000 houses and $5000 trailers were buying and driving these abominations.

Ummmmmmm....... no.

I've seen ISU vehicles very similar to this.

This car wasn't in Ames, so I don't see how it's so annoying.

I wasn't aware that winning every other year was considered every year. Must be a fancy new way of doing math. ;)

ISU Student - Iowa fan. Best of both worlds.

Where? I want solid proof. And pictures of an ISU bus on game day when everyone is tailgating does not count

A CC or Two of pyridine C5H5N. shot through the window seal with a syringe is a nasty little treat. Not that I would do anything like that to the guy that constantly pissed me off at work when I was in college (20 years ago) ;)

Fairly toxic so go sparingly, the smell binds with fabric and is a cross between hog manure and rotting fish.

LOL, I'm sorry, next time I see an ISU vehicle decked out in Clone gear, I hope my camera is handy.

I'm not saying there's anything wrong with it, but I mean, come on.
