But seriously that city for the most part just looks like a huge pile of cow crap! |

The lovely glow of burning coaches at Veisha are so awe inspiring. The fresh scent of cow manure. and rioting at Veisha....oh the rioting.

The U of I campus (and that area) is a little different, to say the least, but it's not the garbage dump that some people like to think it is.

I'm not going to be a myopic ISUer and hate the place b/c the U of I is there, it's really a decent town. I found it funny how so many people I knew while I was at ISU (mid 90s) would go over to IC for the weekend to hit the bar scene and party. From the outside looking in, the state of Iowa is lucky to have two such great college towns for their state universities. If there's a rival town to pile on, go after Lincoln.
